Chris Nelson has something to say
that you’ll want to hear!
What happy BOOKERS have to say:
“Chris introduced a refreshing approach to leadership communication that truly resonated with our group of HR professionals. His session was packed with practical insights on the power of storytelling and how leaders can deliver messages in a way that’s both meaningful and impactful.”
Patrica Polischuk, TalentWise Collective
“Chris is an excellent speaker and motivator. He understands that leaders have not developed the muscles of motivational communication. We as leaders spent years in the technical aspects of our careers and lost the natural ability to convey resonating messages. Communication is vital to build culture. Chris excels at delivering actionable guidelines for leaders to use.”
Hitesh Seth, SCI Quantum Leap
Chris’ presentation was fantastic. It showed our employees why storytelling works in business, and how to make storytelling effective in any role. He really illustrated why stories are critical for any organization: because they connect people and unite them behind a common purpose.
Jill MacKenzie, Hopewell Residential
“Chris’ presentations are powerful. At the core of his message is a bold, and true, claim: Storytelling is the greatest cognitive technology on earth—and in a world that's more distracted and isolated than ever, we desperately need to get better at it.
Anna Aceto-Guerin, Blue Ocean OBM
Chris Nelson:
Chief StoryCharger
When Chris Nelson was 16, he once came in WAY past curfew. The excuse he gave his parents was so preposterous and amusing they couldn’t bring themselves to punish him. That’s when Chris knew he wanted to be a professional storyteller.
And that’s what Chris has done for the past three decades: as a journalist for CBC and CTV; a host/producer on MuchMusic, and an award-winning showrunner, director and writer for TV series, commercials, branded content and pro sports. For the past decade, Chris has been a comms executive, brand strategist, leadership coach, podcaster and thought leader in the area of accelerating human performance.
It’s Chris’ mission in life to help people and organizations use storytelling in novel and strategic ways...beyond weaselling out of punishment for missing curfew.
